You will participate in small group coaching sessions, where we bring together leadership theory, frameworks and models and apply them to real life situations. The shared learnings in the group provide insights into other leaders experiences, approaches and backgrounds. In between sessions, your development will continue through activities, readings and video content, as well as collaboration on our learning platform.
