Claire Gray is passionate about building high-performing teams and people so they can thrive.
She has worked with small businesses and large corporates across industries including Financial Services, Professional Services, Transport, Government, Mining, FMCG, Education and NFP in Australia and in the UK. Her many roles have been in People & Culture, Leadership, Organisational Design and Change Management.
Claire launched her own practice, Thriving Culture, in November 2018. She is an experienced Facilitator, Trainer, Speaker and Coach. Her strengths lie in understanding dynamics and asking powerful questions, and she is known for her enthusiasm and zestful nature. Claire enjoys helping individuals realise their potential and assists them in developing new and relevant skills so they can be effective at work and in life. She loves developing leadership capability, building high-performing teams and thriving cultures.

As a daughter of two schoolteachers, learning and growth were important from a young age. Claire grew up in Melbourne, Australia, and now lives in Byron Bay with her husband and two sons. She enjoys time at the beach, traveling, and having a laugh with friends.
Claire runs highly successful leadership development programs and thriving teams sessions. And she coaches and speaks at events.
