  1. You will start by doing a Facet 5 personality assessment and debrief. There is no point in trying to lead others until you understand yourself. These are super powerful as it allows you to understand what your strengths are and how to use them to your advantage in your role. We are all different, we just need to know how to use our own super powers.

  2. You will get to solve your real leadership challenges and work through to practical solution with an accredited coach and your peers. This is just plain awesome because you don't just get told what to do but you get to practice it with other leaders before you take it back to your team. Everybody hates role playing but you need to put yourself outside your comfort zone if you want to get better at something.

  3. Nothing is pre-recorded or self-led, this is just like getting personal coaching but you get to benefit from the insights of other leaders. There is absolutely no expectation for you to sit at home reading masses of information and then being expected to know what to do. The program is delivered over 8-weeks consisting of 2 hour interactive virtual group coaching sessions each week. These practical and focused training sessions are facilitated in small, intimate groups to allow for tailoring, collaboration and sharing.

 

Yes you will have homework but that will consist of a bit of reading, continuous collaboration with your cohort via our platform (great for finding solutions) and implementing what you have learnt so that it gets embedded and you start your journey to being a confident and inspiring leader.

This program is not for everyone

We want everybody who comes through our program to succeed but for that to happen we need to make sure we have solutions to your problems.

In order to do this, as mentioned a lot above, we jump on a quick call with you to understand where you are in your leadership journey, if it sounds like you need what we have then it is a no brainer and we get you on the next course, if it is not a fit then we try our best to work out what it is that you do need and point you in the right direction.

As this training benefits from the power of the group, we really want people who are ready to learn from others and also share your experiences. Trust me, this works, even if you are a brand new leader or one that has been doing it forever, everybody has something to learn and something to teach in a group.
